Investment in Mexico
Now is the time to invest into Tourism in Mexico in the South States of OAXACA and CHIAPAS where there are totally new developments and opportunities with reference to the tourist and the foreign investments.

In the meantime Mexico is object No 1 for foreign investments from Spain and they invest even more then investment from the US – Spanish companies spent more than 1.3 Billion Euros in Mexico.
Beginning in 2004 and doubling investment from Spain nearly every year. In 2006 Spanish companies invested more than 450 Million Euros in huge Mexican projects and in 2008 there will be an expected investment of more than 200 Billion Euros.
After leading most of the investments to Cancun and Riviera Maya in the beginning in the meantime investments from Spain moved over to the Pacific coast like Huatulco or Puerto Vallarta.
There are actually three macro project going on with the help of money from Spain – “Mar de Cortes”, “Nayarit Nad” and “Bahias de Huatulco” with an over all amount of around 6.3 Billion US$.
As the market for hotel investment has become a little bit more complicated due to an over-stock of hotel beds the Spanish projects now concentrate in buying grounds and creating complex projects with residences and leisure facilities - so still invest in tourism but specify to an individual part and include and support residence projects.

We have the opportunity to offer grounds that are placed close and on the best virgin beaches around the Pacific Ocean surrounded by tropical nature with coconut tree forests, waterfalls, lagoons or cenotes – projects within unimaginable and exceptional settings of nature.

Around these projects in Oaxaca and Chiapas you’ll find the incredible natural settings with ocean, rivers, forests, mountains (Sierra Madre) a rich mixture of culture and history (Monte Alban or Palenque ruins), miracles like Canon de Sumidero, Tonina, Tenampuente or Bonampack or colonial cities like Oaxaca capital and San Cristobal de las Casas (UNESCO gave both the title of Humanity Patrimony).
We would love to inform again that both Mexican States now qualify for good investments for the near future and become an opportunity for businesses – now is the right time for investments!
Future very successful touristic destinations will be Tuxtla, Chiapas de Corzo, Palenque, San Cristobal, Comitan, Tonala and Tapachula, Puerto Escondido and there will be a huge amount of foreigners coming into these areas. Studies confirm that the increase for touristic projects in this area will be immense.
In Chiapas they recently opened the “Puerto turistico de Chiapas” (the Chiapas Tourist Harbour) and for the inauguration of this facility they have been visiting by the World Cruise 2006 – the first floating city in the world.
